Founded in 2001 by Johanna Hassan Hollowich, Potencium Ltd. is a global consulting and training company with clients throughout Asia/Pacific, Europe and the Americas. With offices in London, U.K. and Los Angeles, U.S.A., Potencium provides consultancy and training services in the areas of virtual teams, global collaboration, leadership, communication skills and professional development.

Our courses enable our clients to acquire the skills needed to effectively manage global and virtual teams, integrate technical and personal skills, establish learning organizations and develop team leaders.
